Shipping & Return

Shipping 

Your products will ship within 1-5 days of your order, and then take up to 2-10 business days to reach your doorstep. Each order at KDV Collection will have a tracking code that will give you access to your product’s delivery status.

Return

After the order is delivered, you have up to 8 days to request the return. No exceptions.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


To start a return, you can contact us at kdvcollectionusa@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once the pre-paid label is provided, you have up to 8 days to ship the return, otherwise the label will be cancelled, and the return will not be accepted. No exceptions.

Original shipping charges will Only be refunded if there is a quality or delivery issue.

All refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take up to 15 business days after the package shows delivered.

Any merchandise returned to KDV Collection after the allowed time outlined in these Terms will be returned to the customer and an additional shipping fee will be charged

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

All KDV Collection products are eligible for returns, except earrings. 

Any product purchased at a discount is considered a final sale and cannot be exchanged. 


Exchanges

Unfortunately, we are unable to make exchanges. However, you may return your product and place a new order.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
